Wellbeing for legal & corporate professionals
Workshops and talks on stress, burnout, and resilience for legal and corporate teams — grounded in nervous system regulation and designed by someone who knows the legal and corporate environments from the inside - the passion, and what it takes to sustain it and thrive
Built by someone who's been
in the room
For over a decade, I practised international arbitration, first at White & Case in Paris, and then independently, advising on investment and commercial disputes. I know this world from the inside — the intellectual rigour, the passion, the high stakes, and the deep sense of purpose that drives people who do this work.
I also know that sustaining that level of performance over time requires more than willpower. The body keeps the score, even when the mind pushes on. The state you're in when you walk into a hearing or a client meeting — whether you're grounded or running on adrenaline — shapes how you think, how you listen, and how persuasively you land your argument.
Today, as a certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner and Breathwork Coach, I bring that firsthand understanding together with evidence-based, body-centred tools to help legal and corporate teams build genuine, lasting resilience. I work in English, French, and Russian, and deliver sessions internationally, including in Paris, London, Dubai, and online.
At Paris Arbitration Week 2026, I presented "Winning the Room: The Neuroscience of Effective Advocacy and Leadership" alongside Kabir Duggal (Akin) and Ema Potočnik (VIAC), exploring how nervous system regulation shapes advocacy, client relationships, and leadership in arbitration. The session was hosted by Laborde Law and ARBalance, and covered on the Kluwer Arbitration Blog.

Workshops for teams
Interactive, practical sessions designed for groups of 10–30.
Participants don't just listen — they experience the tools in real time and leave with techniques they can apply immediately. Each session blends insight, discussion, and guided exercises in a space that is both professional and human.
Workshops can be delivered as standalone sessions or as part of a programme across several weeks.

Talks and keynotes
Engaging talks for conferences, retreats, firm away-days, and professional associations.
Each talk blends personal insight from my years in arbitration with the science of how stress lives in the body.

1:1 Support for professionals
Confidential somatic therapy sessions for professionals navigating burnout, chronic tension, anxiety, or a sense of disconnection from themselves and their work. Using Compassionate Inquiry and Breathwork, we work with the body to release what the mind alone cannot resolve.
Topics include
Performance & nervous system regulation
Understanding the nervous system in high-pressure legal and corporate practice. How regulation supports clearer thinking, sharper advocacy, and sustained focus — not just wellbeing.
Reactivity & self-awareness
Understanding your triggers at work: how to respond rather than react. We explore what happens in the body when we're triggered, why certain situations or people activate us disproportionately, and how to interrupt the cycle before it affects our judgment or relationships.
Communication & connection
The art of difficult conversations: expressing needs, listening effectively, and finding win-win outcomes. Grounded in nervous system awareness and compassionate inquiry, this workshop builds the capacity to stay present and regulated in conversations that would normally feel confrontational or draining.
Life transitions in the workplace
The transition to parenthood: understanding pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period — supporting ourselves and our colleagues. And navigating life's difficult transitions: responding to loss, grief and caregiving with care and compassion in the workplace. These sessions create space for the human realities that professionals carry silently, offering practical understanding and tools for both individuals and the teams around them.
